Grilling!
I have, in a very short amount of time, become quite adept at using a grill. I now look for any excuse available to grill something. Here are some examples:
- “Oh, I bought two steaks today. We should grill them tonight.”
- “Those vegetables would be great on the grill.”
- “Your socks would dry much more quickly on the grill.”
A trick I quickly discovered about grilling made the whole process much more simple. The trick is: It’s not hard to grill. Sure, it may look complicated, but here are the steps.
- Light some rocks on fire (this is the hardest part)
- Put some meat above the flaming rocks for awhile
- Take the meat off.
- Eat it.
That’s about it. Everything else is superfluous.

Ahahahaha! I am SO showing this to hubby…
He is so proud to put a grilled dinner together; although it’s usually ME who does all the side dishes.
But I must admit he is good at grilling too.

Nice. To hedge my bets, I usually give all the praise to my wife for preparing the meat so well. That’ll serve to get me off the hook when I do destroy something.
